Personal History: Ava's parents were the quiet, reserved type, and they raised her that way, as well. She grew up very shy and unsure of herself, and in high school, was known as the "innocent choir girl priss". She didn't date until her senior year in high school, but never really had a serious boyfriend. She lost her virginity to a male friend on prom night, and didn't really hear from him afterward. She's since been involved with only two men, but those involvements only proved to be short flings.
Ava majored in Creative Writing in college, and shortly after she graduated, she began to work at Ladies' Night Magazine, the first ladies' magazine with an office based out of Chicago. At first, she was only an intern, but then she became an advice columnist. She longs for more at the magazine, but her boss continually states that she's done nothing to warrant a status challenge. Ava's top goal is to one day write some of the fiction that appears in the magazine, and to prove herself as a writer, to her boss, as well as the world.
Physical Appearance: Ava is quite short, with long, layered hair. Her hair is naturally dark brown, but more often than not, she dyes it a dirty blonde shade. She has dark brown eyes and a friendly, bright smile. She has a curvy figure, one that she prefers not to call attention to, but it's often noticed anyway.
